Many sales managers find it challenging to oversee their team’s daily, monthly, and quarterly progress without an intuitive tool to streamline goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback.

The goal was to design and develop a user-friendly software platform that helps sales managers:

  1. User Research: Conducted interviews and surveys with sales managers and salespeople to identify pain points and key requirements for the platform.
